Box Tops and Labels for Education

Do you cut out all those General Mills Box Tops for Education

and Campbell's Labels for Education?

No? Why not? It only takes a moment to tear the upc off the box or label and store in a designated area in your kitchen. Why would you want to do such a thing if you're not already doing so? Our schools NEED them! General Mills gives 10 cents for every box top and Campbell's gives points used to purchase any number of items from their catalog. This all goes directly to the school and directly benefits our local school children. By saving and sending these you're showing that you care about our children and their education and their future.

Don't have children or grandchildren to give them to? I can help! If you live in Lakeland, Florida, you can drop them off at Lakeland Highlands Middle School at 740 Lake Miriam Dr, Lakeland, FL 33813.
If you DON'T live in Lakeland, I will supply the postage for you to ship them to the school. (from the U.S.). Just save a minimum total of 100 box tops or labels (ok if it's a combination of both) and I will mail you a postage paid envelope! It won't cost you a single penny to save them and give them to a worthy cause - our children!

I'll be coordinating the program for the school. We're working on getting some contests going and to vote on what exactly we'll purchase with the rewards. Check back for updates so you know exactly how your labels and box tops will be used.

Send me an email at lakelandmom@yahoo.com when you have saved a minimum of 100 tops or labels or both. Include your name and mailing address. I will send you a postage paid envelope to send the labels to me. Be sure to only collect qualifying box tops or labels. To know for sure what is 'qualifying', I've included both lists below, which you can click on to follow the link to the related site.

Old Cartoons

I don't know about you, but I miss the old cartoons. I'm not into this new stuff on tv. Hope you enjoy!
